Popular Post M_Afro
Jack Grealish is a man who thrives on pressure and loves to be centre stage. He would have taken all five penalties given the choice. This is on Gareth and nobody else. Sadly, we will now have another 18 months of this to endure before there is even the slightest chance of an actual manager coming in to replace him! 3

Popular Post Delphinho123
Not really going to get drawn in to the debate around who took penalties, who decided it and who bottled it. That’s just masking over the fact that Italy deserved to win and the much bigger picture. Getting to the final and losing was the absolute worst result possible for England because Southgate will keep his job and nothing will change. We’re winning nothing under this guy. Expect much of the same at the World Cup. Boring, defensive, turgid football. 5 4

If Southgate was Italy manager, he wouldn’t have played Chiesa.
Popular Post Awol
Hopefully his interest in joining a squad with Sterling is 0% after this tournament. Forget goal creating actions, the bloke wouldn’t pass him the salt at dinner. One heck of a sample of playing in a team that doesn’t look to you as it’s main creative outlet, though. The grass isn’t greener in Manchester.
Phil Silvers
Thought Jack acquitted himself well when used, criminally underused that is and proved that an almost fit Jack is the best player we have. England needs to be built around Jack now if we want to move forward, we need sexy football and Jack is the sexiest player we've got.

You've not been paying much attention to Roy over the past two decades. He pipes up regardless of what he does or doesn't know and is invariably proved wrong. Sulberto21
Can we naturalise AEG and bring him on in future to take a penalty? And we should have naturalised El-Gato he would have shithoused and sledged his way to victory last night against the Italians. So our Jack eh, rest him up get him firing fit for the new season. To deliver some more 7 - ups to the sky 6. Edited July 12, 2021 by Sulberto21

It’s basically the two that Keane mentioned that are getting slated which shows the power of the media. Stones/Phillips etc arent getting mentioned. Not that I want them to, just don’t think anybody needs to be scapegoated.

He did well in the shootout too, how he kept out Jorginho's I'll never know.

Imagine a world where Jack, like so many terrific players before him, have made the move and been lost in the egos and mania around some of these so-called big clubs. Get that new contract signed, Jack.
