It's frustrating because he could light up this tournament but maybe due to injury, confidence, whatever, he just isn't going to do it. Shame. The set up didn't help him at all. That said I thought he still played well today, he was better than Mount has been in that central position for example, problem was less to do with Grealish and more to do with lack of passes from his teammates, Shaw and sterling seemed to just completely ignore him. 4 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

However, I can't see how much more he could do, he hardly got the ball? Work rate wise, maybe?
