My sources are telling me that Jack has fallen in with a voodoo cult. The club are trying to help him escape but their witch doctor has made a doll of him and is sticking pins into his shins in order to destroy his career.

You can believe me or not, I don't care, but these contacts are usually reliable, they were the ones who told me that Helenius would have his shorts pulled down against Spurs. I put a tenner on that and won £15k so I trust them.

I’m sure Hekenius had his shorts pulled down against West Brom. So dodgy rumour and/or generous bookie. Are you sure you didn’t put the bet on with the witch doctor and got the rumour from the bookie?

So not a Villa player and never a Villa player?

Would imply it's a player on loan.

Danny Drinkwater or Pepe Reina then.

Good work Sherlock. It’s certainly believable that Danny Drinkwater was never a Villa player, other than technically on our books.

I've been trying to post an amusing photo of the incident proving it was spurs but as Android has stopped me posting photos I've given up.

The truth is that Grealish is addicted to Parkour. He's supposed to be easing the loading on his shins but he can't stop galavanting around brutalist architectured Council estates. Its more important to him than football and the club are trying to keep a lid on it.

There were reports that McGinn and Jack were seen jumping off garages before a big match earlier in the season and that Jack hurt his shins clearing an entire flight of steps twice. And front flipping off an underpass.

He keeps going to Benidorm because it reminds him of what Castle Vale used to be like. Its shit for Parkour now.

Yeah but it's the crack and Irn Bru which Spurs the Parkour addiction on.

I’m sure both @sidcow and @sparrow1988 are right. I was at the game, but that’s no guarantee that I know what I’m talking about. Certainly not the first or last time Spurs have had our pants down that’s for sure.

Watching James Bond, Casino Royale where there's a parkour chase. Imagined it was this post.

Genuine question. As of now is Jack the best player in competitive football?

Was on his way to being this season,  based on whoscored type stats,  but the injury has prevented him from establishing it.  Probably still looking at Messi, Ronaldo and maybe even Harry (🤮) Kane for the best. Throw in Lewandowski too.

I'd still rather have Jack in my team than any of the above, primarily due to the fact he's younger and is getting better.  The others aren't. Mbappé is probably likely to pose the biggest threat to that claim going forwards... but could anyone do what Jack has done recently when surrounded by lesser players? Who knows...

But all of the players you mentioned are now part of the European "only ever play against each other" league. ie they no longer play competitive football, they are exhibitionists only.

Yes just seen that and you are right. I get the Bayern, Dortmund thing and that certainly warms the heart taken in amongst this sea of greed. However PSG I really dont understand surely that is just a matter of timing. They seem more ready made for this than anyone else.
