Qwpzxjor1 Posted June 4, 2010 Posted June 4, 2010 Is Drogba certainly out?.. An arm injury is easy enough to play with pain killers. If he can come back for the knockout stages, it's worth keeping him in the squad, and hoping your other players can do the job against Portugal.
Qwpzxjor1 Posted June 4, 2010 Posted June 4, 2010 By the way, I can see North Korea being very influencial on this group. Assuming Brazi win all the games, I can see Portugal and Ivory Coast drawing, which means it really could come down to who can beat North Korea the most.
Rainer Posted June 4, 2010 Posted June 4, 2010 Brazil and Portugal now Drogba has been ruled out. Ill agree there!
maqroll Posted June 4, 2010 Posted June 4, 2010 Brazil to win Portugal 2nd. Unless Drogba makes it back to inspire IC.
claret75 Posted June 5, 2010 Posted June 5, 2010 1. Brazil 2. even though no Drogba for at least 2 games..Ivory Coast.
Milfner Posted June 5, 2010 Posted June 5, 2010 Wouldn't be all to suprised to see Portugal go out in the group stage. They are woeful under Quieroz.
kkr Posted June 5, 2010 Posted June 5, 2010 Is Daniel Alves likely to start most games for Brazil? Doing my fantasy team...
Milfner Posted June 5, 2010 Posted June 5, 2010 Maicon would be ahead I would've thought. Unless they play him left back. Who is Brazil's left back anyway?
ml1dch Posted June 5, 2010 Posted June 5, 2010 If you like. Bastos scores far more than Alves does though. And would cost you a fraction of the price.
SoccerHQ Posted June 6, 2010 Posted June 6, 2010 Wasn't Etoo suppose to be the face of Africa? He's achieved more than Drogba at club level.
chappy Posted June 7, 2010 Posted June 7, 2010 ivory coast to top the group after beating portugal and drawing with brazil.
Mister_Master Posted June 8, 2010 Posted June 8, 2010 Nani is out of the WC. Ruben Amorim will take his place.
BOF Posted June 8, 2010 Moderator Posted June 8, 2010 Actually feel sorry for Nani given the season he's just had.
MR.Smalljob Posted June 10, 2010 Posted June 10, 2010 Just heard yesterday that the people of North Korea will not get to see the games live in fact they will only watch the match if they win, and I would bet that the team will go directly to jail if they come home with three defeats .. crazy people

B-dub Posted June 11, 2010 Posted June 11, 2010 As luck would have it I drew Brazil in my office pool, so good luck to Dunga and the boys--unless they play the US or Germany in the knock-out stages.
