Watched ep1, it's nicely drawn but it will be marmite.

Watched three episodes so far. The writing is poor can’t see is it meant to be aimed at kids or adults as it hits neither.
Obviously a lot unhappy with the story choices so far which is understandable.

Agree, I'm passing on it. I was too old for the original series but was intrigued enough to have a look. It will get enough hits for a 2nd series and then be cancelled, standard.

Same here. Figured out pretty quick it wasn't for me. I wanted pure nostalgia and this wasn't.

The wife's watched 2 series of glow up in the last 3 days

Might as well just call a spade a spade and make it a face painting competition

Its surprisingly OK though

Alison Brie in spandex is certainly in the 'worse things you could be watching' category.

I quite liked Manifest series one , series two not so much but of course I’ve been suckered into season 3 , which is meh of the highest level

by god they better end it there

I'm having my 5th binge of Deadwood, and it's still as good as ever. Al Swearengen, Sheriff Bullock, EB Farnum and a wonderful cameo from Keith Carradine as Wild Bill Hickok. The writing for this show was on another level. Every character has their moments.

Only Sopranos, Breaking Bad, GOT and The Wire give me as much satisfaction.

Finished Virgin River, it really is a bit for girls but even my wife was getting bored of the syrupy storylines.

So I've acquired Ted Lasso, as you lot keep giving it the Ivor Biggun ;)

I get 3 months free Apple TV with my new iPad.

What is worth binge watching?

In addition to all the Ted Lasso shouts, checkout "Defending Jacob" and "The Morning Show"

Both very good

I watched the first 2 episodes of Manifest Season 1 and I'd rate it as one of the worst shows I've ever seen :)

Glow up, the BBC make up competition

Oh shit my bad! I was confused by Darren's post about Alison Brie!

Your make up comment makes far more sense now :D
