London Midland are doing a maximum 10 quid return anywhere on their network over 2 weeks in April.

http://www.londonmidland.com/sale

If you have a railcard as well you can basically get to London for £6.70 return

Don't know if you saw it mate, if you did sorry.

do you know if you can come back on the saturday night using this ticket, as i have had a look before and cant work it out for myself (probably being a

retard)

preferably i wanted to come back as late as possible (think 22:00 is the last train)

if not, i will give them a bell

I cant figure out what and which trains return from Euston to new St either according to the timetable Im looking at. The last train back that i can see shows 18:46? tried to call them but cant get through

The London Midland £10 open return train stops at Wembley Central en Rout to Euston any way just to let you know.

And the return instead of getting on at Euston get on at Wembley Central.

Departing at 20.08/20.46/20.52 ( this would be the same train departing Euston) I have rang London Midland and this is fine.

Brilliant thanks for that info

Best route for me from Tamworth is via train down the West Coast, off at Watford Junction then connect with the London Overground to Wembley Central. Back same route connecting with 20:45 Watford Junction back into Tamworth at 21:52. This one also calls Rugby and Lichfield too.

I bought the 19.50 saver on the train not thinking the train would pass through wembley :( The police have put warnings out about the lack of trains afterwards...you reckon we will be alright after the game considering half the fans are london bound anyway?

I can only see one chiltern running at 8pm after the game. I may be missing something entirely though!

I've gone for an national express coach this time

Found this link on the Chiltern Website. There are special timetables for the 10th and 11th. Looks like the last train leaves Marylebone at 22:00

http://www.chilternrailways.co.uk/plan-your-journey/changes/647

cheers for that mate, certainly a relief, will get the 10:52 down and the 21:52 back from wembley or the 22:00 back from marylebone depending on what i do after the game

for real??

how the **** can they justify selling me a train ticket on the basis that there is a 22:00 train back from london marylebone, and more crucially, how the **** do they expect people to get back from Wembley???

the game aint gonna finish til 19:00 at the earliest if it goes to E.T. and Pens (wishful thinking maybe) you're looking at more like 20:00???

**** rocket polishers if true

Timetable changes are subject to short notice alterations: check back nearer your date of travel, ask any of our staffed stations, or call 08456 005 165 (0700 to 2000).

This is the number I telephoned.
