Honestly, he's a class act, Bivol. For the purist, there's no better boxer to watch imo.

Absolutely love the bloke. Gave me one of my best nights ever watching boxing.

Felt very much like a CL semi final played at a very high level that ended in a 0-0 draw.

With eye test I was leaning towards Bivol but feel I’m under qualified to score it accurately either way.

No way did AB land the better shots, he threw more, but I guarantee most will think Bivol won that.

He threw more but hit the gloves often and missed with a lot too. Bivol did much the cleaner work. He actually boxed really well, used his lateral movement to great effect and countered excellently throughout.

Reminds me a lot of Miguel Cotto tbh. Slightly different style but fundamentally flawless. Does everything very well and puts his combinations together beautifully. Also fights on the backfoot very well. Many similarities between them.

The way he looks down is very similar to Cotto.

To be fair how good a watch Bivol was. He never looked like knocking Beterbiev out. Guys an absolute machine.

Two great fighters, hope there is a rematch.

The droop is a detached facial nerve. It's seen in cases of Bells palsy  whatever damage has been done around his eye socket has broken that, he looks in a bad way there.

Just watching it again. I'm guessing the face droop may have been more down to a broken jaw. The divit in his head was just next to the ear, top of the jaw. Didn't look nice either way.

I was thinking after watching such a highly skilled fight as Bivol and Berterbiev was. I can full understand why Virgil Hill wants Buatsi to have no part with either one of the Russians. You really are talking levels with those two.

Yarde is back at the weekend. New promoter and now on Sky.

But still the same old sh*t  in regards to his opponent. Fighting a super middle for his third warm up fight since he got beat.

Just throw him in with Buatsi FFS.

Azim looked very good against O'Hara Davies. Stopped him in the 8th.

Yarde looked dreadful bar the knockdown in the first 10 seconds.

Back to back defeats for Tszyu and this one was a proper beating. Arguably career ending.

Another tough Chechen! I get the feeling Tim is slightly overrated, certainly not as good as Pops was.

Apparently there are discussions ongoing with Zlatan and his agent for him to join the celebrity boxing crap fest at Misfit Boxing. They are also hoping for Rooney. Probably won't be fighting against each other thou...

If the aim is to land the most accurate punches, then, for me, there was only one winner!

The press conference for Usyk vs Fury 2 starts at 5.

There's a part of me that just cannot be arsed for this. Usyk won the first fight clearly, despite trying to rob him on the scorecards. The undercard is sh*te (apart from McCann vs McGrail).

It still has a certain amount of curiosity for myself. Would be a great story if fury could somehow get the win it would top an improbable story really thinking back.
