And yes, Tony and one or two others were right, two year ban and a six week curfew. I was expecting the 2 year ban but the curfew came as a big surprise, not really sure why it was there either, maybe because he was coming home drunk to his kids that night, which isn't exactly responsible as it's just him who lives with them (they were with a baby sitter at the time).
