I'm not surprised it's got you down. You just have to remind yourself that 99% of people (including that member of the public!) are good people and bounce back from it. Oh and if you need a lawyer... I've done personal security in the past and it's always been interesting. Although it sounds like Jenny doesn't need anyone to look after her.
