Popular Post tonyh29 Posted August 26, 2021 Popular Post Share Posted August 26, 2021 Flew out to Hungary today , last minute decision to go out with the family for a week as work was a bit quieter than anticipated … anyway get in the plane and my seat is next to this cute looking young lady … said Hello as I sat down and thought no more of it , it’s a plane after all and nobody talks to strangers on a plane … anyway she starts engaging me in conversation , she was quite interesting as she’s travelled a bit , had worked in Saudi somewhere I’d like to visit , so 25 mins into the flight all looking good. I then missed the important clue when she got a snack bar out her bag and it was chick pea and before I could fake my own death, she Asked me “do you believe in God” and then started showing me passages of the bible on her phone and spent the next 99 mins of the flight trying to convert me to the Jehovah Witness faith She wasn’t phased by my telling her I didn’t believe in God , but she lost points when she talked about Jesus being the son of God and I said no he wasn’t he was just a very naughty boy and it went over her head but hey maybe she was at bible school when the Holy Grail was on TV . it was only when I remembered they aren’t big on married men trying to bang their cute members in plane toilets that I finally decided it wasn’t the religion for me … Welcome back travel , I’ve missed you 1 12 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
