Xann
Thinking of eggy treats, haven't made French toast in a while.
Tomaszk
New England lam & corned beef hash chowder. I may have invented this. It's succulently delicious (especially when cooked slow for the whole day), but I shudder to think about the nutritional stats. Ah come on now, I bet you could rustle up series of Topological single-element per vertex graphs that would solve those stats.
ME
You guys are very intense about your egg opinions. I just eat mine scrambled.
mjmooney Posted March 7, 2013 VT Supporter Share Posted March 7, 2013 Eggs are way too versatile to use only one cooking method. Scrambled is probably my least favourite (although still good).

Well, I'm open to other egg options, but it's the official way I take my eggs.
BOF Posted March 7, 2013 Moderator Share Posted March 7, 2013 Scrambled is how I eat them most often. Because it's the quickest and most hassle-free.

mjmooney Posted March 7, 2013 VT Supporter Share Posted March 7, 2013 Thing is, I hate washing a scrambled egg pan. Much like washing a porridge pan. Hence, I use the microwave for both, even though the results are inferior.
AVFCDAN
Depends what pan you use, I have a flavorstone non stick pan and things like eggs literally slide out afterwards, money well spent

PompeyVillan
I'm on a high calorie diet to put on some weight after being ill. I just eat 700 calories for breakfast, which has got to be a first for me. Whole milk is where it is at.

Whole milk is where it is at. Bloody hell, I dont regularly eat breakfast. But the odd Saturday I will go for a full English and that is way over 700 calories..bacon, sausage, egg, hash browns, beans, toast.. easy... I'm guessing that you are really skinny (even before illness)
