BOF Posted August 4, 2010 Moderator Share Posted August 4, 2010 Finally saw Inglourious Basterds the other day. Wasn't impressed. Pitt's accent/performance ruined it for me. Plus it was described to me as "Jewish pornography" beforehand and I couldn't shake that while I was watching it. Laurent & Waltz were the high point for me. And I really don't get war films. I'm really not too interested in films regarding the war. Find them very boring but I thought this would be different, it wasn't. It’s really funny and being in 3D you think you’re actually there with the toys. At the 8.15pm showing there weren’t any kids I could see...only big ones!! & at the end loads were clapping cos it was so good from start to finish...you’re just thoroughly entertained away from everything for a couple of hours.... it’s great!!......
