We have an excellent bins app. Automatically puts reminders in Google calendar.

I just created, yonks ago, an event repeating every two weeks “Grey bin” and another the week after “Green bins” also repeating every two weeks, each with a reminder. Sorted. Also, in addition to the setting sun, I’d like to add “Sunrise” and orange poppies

I did the same, before the app came out. The advantage of the app is that it takes into account occasional changes, due to Xmas, Easter, bank holidays, etc.

Bit boring perhaps but I'm gonna go with Oranges. And also cheeze doodles.

Not sure which days the bins are emptied. Happens often enough that I don't have to worry about it. But lets say Mondays and Thursdays maybe

How the other half live :D

Well you say that but in Liverpool in the areas of terraced housing (yep that’s the poor areas) the bins are emptied at least three times a week.
Here’s the catch, communal bins for the whole street taking up road space usually at either end of the road.

That's socialist Liverpool Council with their bin apartheid regime.
It’s to save money because it’s too hard to collect the bins out of the back entries because they have gates on them.

And remind me. Who put the gates up in the first place?

Don't have garbage/rubbish/dust bins. But the bag goes about every six weeks ao a Tuesday.

Sounds like Liverpool, like Sweden then, is some sort of socialist utopia where ones bins get emptied before they're overflowing.
