A January move for a RB upgrade would certainly help the cause, and be  cause for even more optimism.

A great November and pretty much top 8 of champions league and second in the league. 

an average November and pretty much last 16 of champions league and 6th in the league. 

a poor November and we need a great December to have a good Christmas Day.
