Avfc96 Posted October 11 Posted October 11 Just came across a story from the S*n on X (Twitter). Someone managed to get into the ground last Friday, got through security and planted a listening device in the away dressing room. And then returned to collect it on Monday. Shocking breach of security and I would have thought people will lose their jobs for this.
andycv Posted October 12 Posted October 12 Is it that shocking? I suspect lots of people have access to the dressing rooms on non match days? You can even go in on stadium tours I think?

Well yeah, but someone walking in, leaving a surveillance device behind, then coming back and collecting it is worlds apart from fans visiting under supervision.

limpid Posted October 12 Administrator Posted October 12 @Avfc96 You've not included anything other than saying you saw it on twitter. We can't check it, or check that it was even from the Sun. I can't believe that it happen just because you said you read it somewhere. And yes, I suspect that this would be trivially easy to do, especially if there are tours running.

Vive_La_Villa Posted October 12 Posted October 12 Apparently it was a Man U fan that did it to listen in.
sidcow Posted October 12 VT Supporter Posted October 12 Don't see what the issue is here. Heck has saved a fortune with our new security team. You want to spend money on security and Emery might fail to deliver on the pitch.

If you trust a word the Sun say (I know), about them having heard it but not printing any of it, presumably he tried to sell it to them. Who needs rivals with fans like that
tinker Posted October 12 VT Supporter Posted October 12 Half time leak is starting to surface, sounds like they had some half time entertainment in the dressing room, a singer................."please release me let me go, cus I........."

If its at all suggested that villa listened to the half time team talk to give them a club as to the tactics that would be deployed by United. I'd ask those people to watch the second half where it's clear we didn't have a clue and gained no advantage.
