Southampton are the very definition of a promoted team who aren't good enough.

They'll be down by xmas unless they sack Martin in the next month.

They're a copy of Sheffield United last season. Never had a chance of staying up.

I think with how they're playing Burnley is a good comparison with Kompany not wanting to change their style and they simply weren't good enough at the back or upfront.

Arsenal away on Saturday for Southampton....

The next month for Southampton is a combination of potential mullerings, and some must wins.

Arsenal and Man City away, they're just free hits, but then around those, they play Leicester and Everton at home, and Wolves away. They need to put some serious points on the board against those 3 or they're as good as cooked.

I doubt they'll get 2 points from those 5 games.

I had nearly forgotten about their habit of losing 9-0 as well. I wouldn't bet against it in one of those games against Arsenal or the cheats.

I'm pretty sure Bednarek played in both and here 20 year later he's still at it.
