Popular Post OutByEaster? Posted September 2 Moderator Popular Post Posted September 2 There will be a formal, minuted meeting between the club and the Fans Advisory Board, most likely on 11th September, subject to confirmation We'll be raising the concerns that have arisen as a result of the problems at our opening home game and your thoughts on any specific issues around the game are very welcome. If there are items you'd like raised in relation to issues you face as a supporter; in ticketing, transport, merchandising and kit, food and drink, the matchday experience, communication, branding, the women's team, AVTV, your concerns on the future or any fan specific question you'd like to raise, please do so below and we'll do our best to get your thoughts onto the agenda. Please also let us know if there are areas where you feel the club is doing well which you'd like passed on. Please be as specific as possible on your questions, it's really helpful in getting the club to answer them in the way you'd like. Thank you. 4 1
WallisFrizz Posted September 2 Posted September 2 Ticketing for members, specifically with an increase in the amount of people becoming members will they be adding additional criteria for high demand matches eg the CL games? Thanks. 2
Popular Post Tomaszk Posted September 2 Popular Post Posted September 2 Specifics on the situation that led to season ticket holders being moved to seats that did not exist - what plans were they working off? Do they think they're missing a few people in between the top sock cookers down to people who are meant to clean bird shit off seats before the first game of the season? It's fairly clear they are IMO. Why did Chris Heck announce the kit launch before Aston Villa? On his personal twitter account. Not all fans have twitter, not all Villa fans are following Chris Heck for Villa news. There was only rank Carlsberg available in the Trinity against Arsenal. Can we expect a better selection going forward? FYI I literally heard three blokes talking about how they'd "have another one in town" next time rather than come early and enjoy a terrace beer. I don't even drink at the games but had gone earlier due to the predictable mess with getting in. Will the turnstiles be open earlier next home game? They need to be, it is dangerous. Can the club confirm its position in UEFA's value pillar for the 2024/25 Champions League prize money please. Or confirm when they'll find our their position of the 36 competing teams. 6

Thanks. Great question. I’d echo this. The criteria for the Europa conference league semi final last season was ludicrous. i know people that had been to every other home European fixture that couldn’t get a ticket. I almost missed out myself (having been to every other European game) but scraped one at the last minute. The criteria went from season ticket holders to one previous home fixture in one fell swoop. No reward for going to any of the other fixtures. If we manage to get to the knockout stages of the champions league then the same thing will happen again. Edited September 2 by Stevo985 5
cauley81 Posted September 2 Posted September 2 (edited) 1) When will pride rewards start back again 2) the ‘grand plan’ is to keep fans (customers) in and around the ground before and after games to spend money. Most will do so buying food and drinks. But they’ll quickly think about going elsewhere due to woeful service. Nothing against the concourse staff. They’re doing their best. There’s just not enough of them. Hasn’t been for years. They need to sort service out for GA 3) have they found Hercules yet. Been MIA for some time now! Edited September 2 by cauley81 1
S-Platt Posted September 2 VT Supporter Posted September 2 What else can we expect this season from Adidas? Any one off special kit for our birthday? Rucksacks for kids they are missing a trick for the new school year. Adidas beanies/bucket hats/footballs? Winter coats? The new shop is great so well done on that. 1
TDR V2 Posted September 2 Posted September 2 Why does there have to be such a difference in facilities between GA and GA+. I accept longer queues in GA but I don't accept piss covered toilets or having to suffer a portaloo, I'm not at a festival 4

Will normally have at least one before the game. With current selection on offer, won't be bothering. Shame the Purity link up has ended. 4
villa4europe Posted September 2 Posted September 2 The online shop is sparse Based on the videos and pictures of the club shop there's a lot more lines out there but for whatever reason the online shop has next to nothing, beyond the kits especially, none of our own stuff, nothing for kids etc 4
Captain_Townsend Posted September 2 Posted September 2 (edited) In 2025, Everton will become the latest club to leapfrog us on facilities and capacity. Is the club still working towards a meaningful redevelopment of the stadium? My love to every single person connected with the football side of the club for a wonderful two years Edited September 2 by Captain_Townsend 2

There is no way they will accept this. Mate. Edited September 2 by AndyClarke 2 2

Unused Sub Posted September 3 Posted September 3 I assume the club might put the ticket details up very shortly, but if club don’t, can we get a statement from the club on how season ticket holders with plastic cards are to get access to their seats for cup/Euro games. I assume the tickets will be loaded onto the card? There was nothing in the letter that the card came with on this. On the lessons to be learnt from the Arsenal game, if the club have the correct amount of stewards in place could the club be more flexible with the 90 minute opening of the turnstiles. On the Trinity side the queue was big before 4 o’clock and I suspect it will be the same for the next home game. I did feel sorry for the wheelchair users having to cut through the queues to get the North Stand side of the ground. One last thing, as of today, I still have no idea of the official attendance for Arsenal game. I have no issue with the club not stating it at the game (although I’m a little bit sad), but could the club issue the attendance elsewhere to the media. We appear to be the only premier league club to not do so. Very strange. 1 1

The home kit launch video was absolutely superb and made me feel immensely proud of and connected to the club. It was genius. The murals, design elements of the club shop, etc - also fit into this category. More of this is a great way of showing how much we've improved as a club - irrespective of league standing, revenue generation, etc. I think it's important to feedback the stuff we are getting right as much as it is to question where there's room for improvement. 6
CarryOnVilla Posted September 3 Posted September 3 I want to know, what are Chris Heck’s plans to get the club earning the £400m a year, and how much will that impact the fans? Are we going to be needing to spend more to make our club as “big” as the “top 6”, if so what will the fans get in return? 1

Will leave it a few more days until I contact the ticket office. @OutByEaster? 10 days after the Arsenal game and people are in the dark over those ghost seats. Please include in question. 1
