I don’t think there is already one of these so thought I’d start one.

Is anyone else having massive issues with purchasing tickets via the app or website?

The ‘assign owner’ icon randomly disappears meaning the site won’t let you buy a ticket for your kids or anyone else. I’ve had to release the tickets and then select them straight away again a few times. Eventually the icon will appear. However I still can’t download the tickets to my wallet. Apparently a user here says it will eventually appear but I’m not that hopeful given the way the club is being run at the moment.

I’ve sent emails and DMd AVFC Support but no response. Whatever they’ve done to the ticketing side of the website is rubbish.

Hello, trust me they will appear eventually.. my wolves tickets were there straight away. 

I always add mine from the email and not the Villa app

I don’t have problems selecting them, it’s just assigning them to my 12 year old that I have the problem with. It would let me purchase no problem if I was buying 1 adult one. They also appear back online immediately if I release them so I don’t think anyone else is snapping them up either. 
 

I’ve been buying tickets online for ages with no issues, they’ve definitely f**ked it up.

I always buy two, one for me and one for my lad. Before it let's me pay I have to assign them, sometimes that part has a brain fart but once you select them that is normally enough..

Yes I know I have to assign them, I’ve purchased loads but suddenly the assign owner icon that you have to click on has disappeared. Honestly, something is up with the ticketing system. Judging by Twitter I’m not the only one having issues.

I've bought two tickets for my son and I with our memberships today with zero problems. I was actually quite impressed at how the website worked, which I have never thought before!

Previously, it's been predictably shit. I've never known it to actually work. Hence my surprise today.

Complete reverse for me. With the exception of the Olympiacos game, I’ve never had problems before, this season has been a nightmare. If it wasn’t for people on Twitter also having problems, I’d think it was me. Glad to hear it’s working for some though.

Apologies, I wasn't suggesting it was you. I bought every home game last season and the amount of different results I got was bonkers. It was so temperamental

Yeah sorry, I get your helping. I’ve just always found it quite straightforward before so this is a new experience for me.

Happens to me a lot of well last season. Ever since they tweaked the ticketing website around February.
