we sent Hayden to the wrong team i reckon, he's a modern possession type fullback/wingback, and this is what he is dealing with.....

8% possession 39 mins in!?!?

He came on in the 64th minute and they didn't concede afterwards. Maybe they'll give him chance from the start next week.

And with Sheffield Utd up there with the favourites to go up I wouldn't read too much into Preston's result/performance against them

Does anyone know why there are different ko times for each league?

Championship ko 12.30

League 1 ko 5.30

League 2 ko 3.00

I'd imagine it's something to do with the Community Shield kicking off at 3pm.

just googled it and it's all to do with Sky showing all the games live

Saturday football just won't be the same

The death of the Saturday 3pm kick-off or brave new world? EFL enters Sky Sports+ era with massive implications for fans

 published 5 hours ago

The new big-money deal with Sky Sports means we're getting tonnes more EFL football on our screens... and a different-looking schedule

Dedicated matchgoing EFL fans will already have noticed a change to their fixture list for the season ahead: namely, there’s going to be a far fewer 3pm Saturday kick-offs for everyone.

That’s because the EFL is now operating under a new Sky Sports TV deal, with the new channel Sky Sports+ showing a staggeringly greater number of all 72 sides’ games in the season ahead.

At least 24 of every Championship club’s 46 games will be shown live on Sky Sports + in the season ahead, while League One and League Two clubs will have at least 20 of their games shown live.

The crazy thing is in the name of protecting tradition they're letting sky destroy tradition

Just change the law

You have to question a football club insisting in having Grant Hanley and Shane Duffy as your CB pairing.

Hope they're not playing a high line...
