Question - different versions of 2009-10 home shirt

I have two home shirts from 2009-10 (Nike / Acorns / round collar). 

I've noticed there are some slight differences between the two shirts. One has a small PREPARED on the side and also a NikeFIT logo, and in the neck there are claret, blue and white stripes. 

Does anyone know why there are these slight differences? Thank you!

I don't think so. I've got it from the club and played in it myself at Villa Park so it's a kind of matchworn. I've been chairman of the Danish Lions club, and at that time after the last home match of the season, a match was played between the UK Lions clubs and the overseas. The shirt on the left is from that match in May 2010.

If you got them both from the club, then it’s either different productions and changes were made, or one was the equivalent to a pro kit and the other as a standard kit.
