ender4 Posted June 30 Posted June 30 Just released: Cat A - £92/ £78 /£72 / £67.50 / £55 Cat B - £75 / £56 / £50 / £46 / £44.50 3
ender4 Posted June 30 Author Posted June 30 In comparison, last season I sat in the £62 seats which are now £72. So a 16% increase.
smg Posted June 30 Posted June 30 Season ticket holder in early 1970’s Witton road stand anyone remember what prices were like then ?
OutByEaster? Posted June 30 Moderator Posted June 30 Is no refunds new? We just have one chunk left then, the changes to the membership schemes - then we'll know how much it's going to cost you to watch football at Villa Park this year.
OutByEaster? Posted June 30 Moderator Posted June 30 I doubt we'll see many kids in the middle Trinity or Upper Doug.
S-Platt Posted June 30 VT Supporter Posted June 30 All Champions League games are going to cost a small fortune then.
TDR V2 Posted June 30 Posted June 30 OMG why such a big difference between cats. I'm guessing Champions League will be classed as at least Cat A then. 1

Stephen_Evans Posted June 30 Posted June 30 The no refunds policy is, frankly, unbelievable meanness and totally unnecessary. There are many reasons why someone might not be able to attend a game. They are turning that screw too hard in my opinion.
OutByEaster? Posted June 30 Moderator Posted June 30 I have a horrible feeling that the highest priced Champions league tickets will be three figures.
TDR V2 Posted June 30 Posted June 30 We spent most of last season in zone 2, with the odd venture into zone 4. From memory I think the most I paid for cat A match was £82 for adult and U14. That will now be £94.50. Cat B was about £62.50 in Zone 2, now £65.50 so not that much difference.

villarule123 Posted June 30 VT Supporter Posted June 30 £78 to watch a game of football. Jesus Christ.
TDR V2 Posted June 30 Posted June 30 (edited) Maybe they will offer members a discount If they pay an extra £50 on top of normal membership Edited June 30 by Talldarkandransome
Brumstopdogs Posted June 30 Posted June 30 Sad to see that pricing. Will be picking and choosing games and more than likely avoiding most category A games. 1

In ten years time, the youngest season ticket holder will be 15 years old. And childrens tickets will probably be about £100 a game by then. There'll be no or very little concession element to any ticketing.
villarule123 Posted June 30 VT Supporter Posted June 30 If I didn't have a season ticket I don't think I'd go to a single game. 2
