Even if England win this tournament, I expect Southgate to step down and either take some time off or get right back into club management.

Who is your realistic top choice for the England job? Even if you don't support England, who do you think would make a smart appointment?

Dean Smith!

Good shout! Option added! You know, I think Dean could take the shackles off these players and get them playing to their strengths. And get Grealish firing again.

I'd take Tim Sherwood over this clown.

I think it needs to be someone's who embraces the attacking talent we have. Eddie Howe wouldn't be terrible there.

It'd great to have an elite coach like Tuchel but I don't see it as a realistic choice, even though his personality is probably better suited outside of club football.

Haven’t voted because don’t care.

As long as it’s not a certain U. Emery.

Who I'd like and who I think are two different things.

I'd like Thomas Frank as I think he's a positive manager who can change systems to suit opponents, and fit players into those systems.

I think it'll be Lee Carsley. FA know him, works with the U21's, will be cheap in relation to better coaches, and hasn't caused any PR problems.

Mourinho

I know he's just joined Fenerbache but he would have been my choice after the last WC.

Whoever is appointed will be at the whim of the FA and have the media to contend with. From the list I’d go for Poch but Potter is probably more realistic..
