Zatman Posted June 15 Posted June 15 (edited) Watched his Under the Cosh interview recently and seemed a good guy with some funny stories. Think they were even trying to bring him back. Was a good player very underrated What a terrible day so far Edited June 15 by Zatman 1
The_Steve Posted June 15 Posted June 15 Horrible news. A great striker of his era and a very likeable personality in the media. Deepest condolences to his family and friends. 1
lapal_fan Posted June 15 Posted June 15 Seemed like a really decent man too. Very good striker on his day, strong, athletic before the English league became full of them, and he could finish. I remember him more at everton towards the latter stages of his career, but he was an absolute handful then. RIP Kev 1
The Moustache of Teale Posted June 15 Posted June 15 Incredibly sad, was a really good bloke by all accounts. Such a young age to go 1
The_Rev Posted June 15 Posted June 15 Bloody good player (League winner, England international) but always struck me as a good bloke too. One of those players nobody really had a bad word to say about. 1
markavfc40 Posted June 15 Posted June 15 As others have said a really good player but more than that everyone who knew him describes him as a really top bloke. RIP. 1
sheepyvillian Posted June 15 Posted June 15 That is just staggering news. Him and Wright'y back in the day at Arsenal. What a grim day. 1
MachoFantastico Posted June 15 Posted June 15 Was a fan of him back in the day, remember always signing him in Championship Manager and he always seemed like a genuine guy, so sad news indeed. Today as been rough 2

NoelVilla Posted June 15 Posted June 15 Very sad news. RIP Really enjoyed his story about Brian Clough. That was funny 1
rodders0223 Posted June 15 Posted June 15 Streets will never forget when he went to Everton mid season and scored every week. Proper old school striker, just speed , strength, aggression and a nose for a goal. 1
chrisvilla4 Posted June 15 Posted June 15 Sad news, heard him on talksport not so long ago, he came across so well, a very likeable man and fantastic striker. 2
