Similar to Moreno but more offensive. Could definitely be converted to an attacking fullback (has already played that role). Wouldn't say he's a threat to Ramsey.

Just speculation but I think he's more likely to play in Moreno's position, with Ramsey (or whoever) ahead of him drifting inside to open up space. Playing him in Ramsey's position would mean adjusting the entire balance of the squad because Illing Junior plays nothing like Ramsey, Rogers, Buendia. But he plays a lot like Moreno and would slot in seamlessly in that role. 1
