Sure, but the faux empathy they came on here with was nauseating. Telling how we were going to be sold and asset stripped etc.

Happy to see them get so close and fail

All 3 promoted sides are going back down.

Southampton have the feel of a Burnley to me. Armstrong only scored 4 goals in two prem seasons so he's one of those too good for championship/not quite up to it at prem level type CFs. At the back Jack Stephens and Jan Bednarek...quite obvious where 60m or so has to to be spent on new signings.

Aribo had a decent game and Downes, Smallbone is an o.k workaholic midfield at least.

Thats Soton buying a load of Man City kids again to help them out with FFP.

They have an option on Harwood-Bellis and he'd be a decent signing.

The others really haven't progressed.

Edozie came on, ran around a bit and then went off. Not been a regular this season. Shay Charles unused sub in this. Also signed Juan Larios from Man. City in August 2022, played 5 times for them since.

Bazunu's probably done the best.

Didn't he score the goal that got Smith sacked which is typical

buzzing for saints too

one of my favourite away days that

Oh dear. My only trip there was a terribly depressing affair, the one where El Ghazi decided to fall over and not get back up again out of sheer embarrassment of playing in the game. We were absolutely terrible and it's a long way to go for that. So not good memories for me.

The same game where the Villa on Tour lads got assaulted in the stand by our own😞

We've come a hell of a long way.

i vaguely remember something about this but never knew the details. just that they didn't release a video for that game.

Looking at the championship i think its going to be a very open season.  All the teams that came down are pretty poor.

Luton might do well if they keep all their players

Mentioned on here before, and absolutely no endorsement of someone being assaulted, but personal experience with that 'crew' is very poor. Max himself seems to be a nice bloke but I've also seen two/three of his crew being absolute arseholes. Two of them in particular, need to conduct themselves better.

Also, Saints away is a good one, get down the Quay, top floor of the nice hotel, forget the name, cracking bar, nobbing around with loads of Hampshire cricketers and high class escorts.

I agree, the Championship could be wide open. The blosers may even avoid Championship relegation for yet another season.

Oh wait...

Was just about to search for the vlog from that game after reading the above.

Fair play to Max and his contributors for continuing with it and seeing it grow as I'd have probably stopped right there if it had happened to me.
