Lochheads twin Posted September 19, 2023 Posted September 19, 2023 Great news. The good guys have scored, even with a VAR intervention!

They got a point away from home against tough opposition. How they played or how boring the match was doesn't really matter in the long run.
DJBOB Posted September 19, 2023 Posted September 19, 2023 There goes Haaland, missing another sitter. Just doesn't provide anything when he isn't finishing.

If City are serious about competing they really need an upgrade on Haaland in January. Maybe cheeky bid for Watkins 2
VillaChris Posted September 19, 2023 Posted September 19, 2023 I think GlobalVillian or someone else mentioned it before last season but bemuses me people who spend their time watching Man. City play group stage games in CL (and even knockout ties). You know they're going to win comfortably so I just don't see where the entertainment or jeopardy is (unless people are just commentating on goal clips or brief highlights). For a neutral 90% of their games are just really really boring. At least with Liverpool or Arsenal they will have a dodgy 10-15 minute spell in a game and implode defensively. I'd rather watch a chaotic championship game than Man. City. And yes that includes SHA. Perhaps it's those who still can't get over Grealish leaving but isn't he injured currently? 4

Genie Posted September 20, 2023 Posted September 20, 2023 Wow, what a shit lineup for Man United, hopefully a battering is on the cards
villa4europe Posted September 20, 2023 Posted September 20, 2023 Who is Gore? Or Forsun? Also thought garnacho was the lovechild of Messi and Pele, pellistri starting ahead of him? And 2 keepers... And that kit is **** shocking, it's worse than the zebra one 1
Genie Posted September 20, 2023 Posted September 20, 2023 Johnny Evans on the bench for them in the Champions League, what are they thinking? 1
KAZZAM Posted September 20, 2023 Posted September 20, 2023 United got no legs in midfield with Eriksen and Casimero. 1
Marka Ragnos Posted September 20, 2023 VT Supporter Posted September 20, 2023 Real’s 30 shots and 1000000% possession to Berlin’s 4 and still nil nil at 90 minutes. Loving this. Tikitaka Tedium.

Genie Posted September 20, 2023 Posted September 20, 2023 Scholes is right with what he just said, he said they signed Hojlund instead of Kane but United should be signing both. One for now and 1 for the future.
