Or maybe exchanging risotto recipes? You are joking, but the Aston branch of the Risotto Poetry Appreciation Society are a really passionate bunch... probably a little too passionate, in fact. And he feeds her Crisp cool chardonnay drenches their lips, it's flavour running rivulets over their tongues. Eyes widen over the candlelit table, and he thinks about giving her sons. Rich sticky risotto slowly prised from bowls, mouthfuls devoured in anticipation, he wipes his mouth with emphasised lust and she thinks about sensual elation. Chargrilled sardines stare eyes from their plates. She plucks them away, eating them whole, one by one. His leg quivers tremulously under the table, her sweetness burning like African suns Creamy creme brulee drips from their spoons, slipping down their throats, placating their hunger. Look, where we are today - on the brink of Conference League glory - is everything I dreamed of when I appointed Martin all those years ago. Please rest assured, General Krulak and I will be there with you in spirit today, if not in body. I'm sure the risotto Unai serves up will be a juicy one we can all enjoy, but to fully appreciate it we must all fight as one. I'll be honest I did not open the thread on Villa vs Brighton expecting risotto porn. Kudos. 1

bannedfromHandV
Yeah I’m nervous, tense, excited, apprehensive, hopeful, fearful and I need a shit. It’s only 10.30am, gonna be a wreck by the time kick off comes round. Today would be a great day to put some early goals away boys. 1
imavillan
I don't get why so many of you are 'bricking it' this is a new Aston Villa under King Unai. We go into games well prepared and we look comfortable and never ever look like we are going to be thrashed or not be competitive. We can give anyone a game and especially at Villa Park with today of all days the whole of the ground right behind us. Keep the faith UTV 2

Indigo
Will be amazing to finish 7th but whatever happens what a season it's been. Europe would just be a bonus on top of an incredible run under Emery so far.

In both 2019 and 2020 our final game of the season decided our Premier League fate. By comparison, today just decides whether we finish in the Conference League or not. It's important but the stakes aren't even a tenth of what they were then.

I mean Europe would still be nice, mind.
delboy54
I hope that we are 2 nil up on the 90th minute and the ref says 2 mins injury time.....as the he needs to get to Birmingham airport to catch his holiday flight pronto straight after the game, and he forgot to book fast track security..........
The Fun Factory
Whatever happens we should thank Unai his coaching staff and the players for a brilliant turnaround after such a poor start under the old regime. It has been fantastic coming to Villa Park in the six months or so, we should be proud of our team. Good times are coming back to Villa Park. I know I am greedy but come on Villa one more win.UTV.
BleedClaretAndBlue
The team deserve it for tuning into and thriving under some proper coaching. Superb effort since day dot under Emery. If we draw or lose so be it, Brighton will be decent no matter who they put out today. Reckon Villa Park will be too much to ignore though. 3-1 Villa
AVTuco Posted May 28 VT Supporter Share Posted May 28 (edited) I'm probably not going to be able to watch this. I'm too nervous. Football is supposed to be fun, right? This is torture, and it's still five hours before game even begins Edited May 28 by AVTuco
