Seems like a very good player but they'll need to address their midfield as well.

They're in a tricky situation with their midfield because there's no balance to the age of it, got a couple of decent youngsters* one or two really high potential youngsters, keita at 27, ox who's enevr fit and then thiago, Henderson and milner, bellingham would be a huge player for them

* wonder which promoted team is buying Curtis Jones for £30m in the summer?

Wouldn't surprise me to see Bissouma moved on in the summer, Conte apparently not pleased with him. Then again wouldn't be surprised to see Conte move in the summer.

In other news Chelsea rumored to meet the £105m buy out clause for Enzo Fernandez, yikes.

Can't see Conte lasting the season on current season form

I know he’s getting a truckload of (blood) money but this is a right kick in the nutsack for Ronny as no major European team either wanted him or were priced out by his ridiculous wage demands.

Defended the criticism that messi should have played for barca for free so wouldn't now say Ronaldo should play for a tuppence but still... Stinks of him wanting worlds highest paid footballer rather than a bit part role at a bigger European club or even going the MLS

Will be interesting to see if the Portugal manager is pressured byt the FA/sponsors to keep selecting him for the national side. They are a better side without him and it's not like he's good guy to have around for team spirit.

Exactly, his ego cannot handle being a team player.

The fact that even his first club Sporting didn’t make a concerted effort (if any) to sign him speaks volumes.

There is something quite crass about Chelsea now. Even more so than before. Its like someone won the lottery and is just purchasing whatever is the latest craze or flavour of the month is.

£105m for Fernandez is insane.

The owner is like a more legitimate version of Tony Xia, do anything to impress the fans like a wild transfer window with no strategy

Be announcing theme park plans next

Why is Arab money ‘blood’ money, but all other money ‘normal’ money?
