Posted November 13, 2022 Moderator Share Posted November 13, 2022 The thing with the loss of the explosiveness of Bailey and Watkins is that you'd think what we now need to do is keep, work and control the ball to win - we'll need to be clever not physical. I'm not sure McGinn is a better option than Sanson for a team wanting to do that. Shape with be a big question: A 4-3-2-1 perhaps with Buendia and Ramsey behind Ings and the full backs encouraged to get forward? A 4-2-1-2-1 with McGinn behind Ramsey and Buendia?
