Not for me. He's a wacko. Leap from Gerrard would be too much.

It works at Brentford but he has a continuous stream of good players being signed. Won't get that here.

Are you suggesting Lange needs looking at as well? He has been responsible for our scouting of players for a few windows now, and things don’t seem to be getting any better?

That's a 50 vote swing after one match. Fickle bastards.

It is fickle but nothing seems to have changed. It’s almost like it’s getting worse. I haven’t seen us that battered by a team for a while. If you knew nothing of the league you’d think it was a relegation team against a title challenger.

I do think Villa fans are quite fickle but I can completely understand why there has been a big swing since the start of the season. We look absolutely dreadful and there are basic tactical issues which everyone can see but the manager seemingly.

Last poll was roughly 64%-36% in favour of keeping, this will be at least 90% in favour of sacking. That's a pretty wild swing but not without reason.

Should have been 100% out as soon as he stripped the captaincy from mings.

It's a shame it has taken people so long to see just how bad we are. The rot started long ago.

I know all 3. But I don't want to get in trouble for revealing names.

I know you're joking but I don't particularly care who they are.

I just hope they are basing their opinions on some evidence.

It's OK to change your mind as evidence changes.

No the poll wasn't initially set to private so I saw all 3 who voted. But I don't want to reveal their names and then for them to get harassed and then get blamed for revealing names.

To be fair, our current worst players were here before Lange came in.

Lange has done a very decent job IMO.

Yeah but there is also nothing wrong with them feeling that way.

They are well within their rights to think this is ridiculous.

Everyone has different turning points and temperaments.

I usually hold out for quite a while ( Longer than most ) until I turn but there are others who are more patient.

On current feelings I must say, they are better men than me.

I kinda feel like a sell out but it's straw which broke the Camels back territory.

If we lost again and I was encouraged my attitude would be totally different,

The biggest gripe for me is the decision making.

Even if you get a starting lineup wrong, there must be pro active game management and intelligence.

This is also the point at which i lost it with Dean.

I haven’t voted. I’ve lost any faith in him but am dreading getting back on the managerial merry go round. I don’t know why people care who voted what way though, it’s not like we’re actually deciding.

What’s the point using this forum in any capacity with this logic?
