Well that all felt very safe and controlled. Burnley didn't look like a side figthing for survival.

Shame about that late goal for anyone with defensive Villa players in their fantasy side.

A thoroughly professional performance sprinkled with a bit of Buendia magic.

The difference it makes when our defence is solid is amazing.

Digne played well, he offers us such a different dimension, vital to the way we play.

As for the dm role for Chambers I didnt really notice him, which shows what a good general performance it was. The whole midfield just looked more composed.

But it was Buendia that stole the show for me. That through ball for Ings was magic and completely swung the game in our favour. I just love his passion.

We simply have to find a way to keep him in this side!

A scrappy match…but whenever we could settle things down, the difference in quality was obvious. We won 3–0 for a reason. The best teams beat the teams that they're supposed to beat, and we've done that two weeks in a row. Well done.

Chambers looked pretty good as a DM…his positioning was excellent and I liked his combativeness. His lack of pace got exposed a couple times, though, so I don’t think this is going to be a lasting thing.

It’s always jarring to see the other side in claret and blue…I will be happy to see Burnley go down…one last claret and blue imposter in the PL.
