The football is just so shit. Can’t break down any team, including the worst one in the league. I just don’t get what the plan is. Pass it around a bit, get it to the front three when they’re under a ton of pressure and inevitably lost the ball. I can have patience with the likes of Countinho as I just don’t get what they’re meant to do. The build up play is so turgid and we recycle so slowly that we allow the defence to get back and then we attack with zero cutting edge. Just tedious and shite to watch.

Played about 20minutes of good football. Very disjointed performance overall.

Hopefully the last we see of bailey this season. Buendia needs to start next game

Shame that officially sends dean down. Who would have thought at the start of the season Smith would be getting relegated at villa park with a different team.

But seriously I'll take a win whilst not playing well any day. 

As I said some of the comments from the mouth breathers in the match thread were embarrassing

- 40 points ( Safety with 5 games left to push on )

- Another clean sheet

- Arrested a bad run ( 1 draw - 1 win )

Cons

- Having to listen to people moan about us having only X possession percentage against the worst team in the league, being boring and Gerrard being shite for the next week or so, instead of being happy about the positives.
