Anyone know anything about Woods the safety the chargers took?

Surprised they went safety

Edit - maybe not that surprised, Adderleys rookie contract is up next year

Edit 2 - read up a little bit, sounds like he can't tackle for shit which is absolutely my favourite thing watching chargers games at 1am on a Sunday night but at least they've finally found the answer for Hills speed... Oh wait...

Drake Jackson in the 2nd... intriguing. Hope he recaptures his form. Kris Kocurek is a wizard on the D-line, every year a DL goes off to someone on a bigger one-year contract before getting 2.5 sacks that year.

Tyrion Davis-Price in the 3rd round, utterly bizarre and stupid pick. Our starting RB is a 6th rounder, our two backups are UDFAs. We also got massive production out of Matt Breida (UDFA) and Raheem Mostert (passed around like a cheap dishcloth before signing as a FA) before they went elsewhere for a better contract. We don't need to waste high picks on middling running backs.

Danny Gray last pick of the 3rd. Redeemed the 3rd round a little here. Excited to see what he brings. Looks pretty good and damned fast.

Onto day 3... 5th round is usually where we work our magic (Kittle, Greenlaw, etc)

TE is pretty thin with Okwuegbunam being kind of the only option after jettison Fant. Depth in passrusher and cornerback. Solve long term RT

One thing Paton has done well is not leave major holes in the squad pre draft. BPA is very doable

Bonitto to Denver. Great player.

Well hey, 2 of the needs got covered at Edge and TE (Greg Dulcich) with multiple picks acquired in trade-downs. Especially the 3rd next year is nice as we have f- all.

Feels like a B

8 picks today 😮 , more trades incoming

Day 3 is usually our strength. Absolutely blown our picks this year though on some absolute tomato cans. Tyrion Davis-Price was a reach but at least he was on the draft board rankings. Samuel Womack isn't and from the looks of him not much to be enthusiastic about. Huge reach. (Just wasted a higher 6th rounder off a small school tackle 😞 )

The Tyrion Davis Price pick had me howling .

He's not a good RB.

Yeah dumb pick. Don't need to waste money on 3rd round reaches when we could get 850 yards and 6 TDs off a **** walk-on
