Sa still an idiot for charging and sticking his leg out like that.

Edit: Newcastle now just 2 points behind Villa 😬

Yep.  And they’ll spend big in the summer and probably finish 15+ points clear of us next year.

Wolves somehow having their best season since returning to the Premier League. It seems a strange situation though, as a lot of their fan aren't happy, feel as though they've been lucky in a lot of games and have been saying for a while now it's only a matter of time before their form drops.

The frustration isn't with Lage who is obviously doing a good job, but seems they feel he isn't being backed enough, they haven't spent much for a few years now and there's talk of Fosun withdrawing backing and maybe even looking to sell up.

As well as not spending much they're also selling their best players, Doherty who hasn't impressed at Spurs but was important to the Wolves systen, Jota, Traore, Patrício, talk of Moutinho and Neves leaving in the summer, which underlines what a good job Lage has done this season, and it's not as if the players they've brought in recently have made a big impression, José Sá probably the only one that has since the summer when they signed Neto, Jiménez, Dendoncker and so on.

So whilst Wolves doing much better than us this I'm not sure how that will last as can see their lack of investment catching up with them.

I don't think they have a proper balanced squad, they have a paper thin midfield, some youngsters who are too young and there seems long term plan for when Moutinho leaves and Neves inevitably gets moved on

They need like a £20m body in every area but uncle Jorge has been giving them 18 year old kids who will get there but need time and then like last season when jimenez got injured and the Porto striker came in it just shows their weakness

We need to stop gifting easy points to teams like Wolves if we have any intention of getting into Europe next season.

They have been dire in this match.

They weren’t good against us either.  Practically given two goals and they had a few chances from us being wide open when trailing.

What an awful game. Only watched the last 10 but seems more like luck than anything else if a player manages to control or do anything constructive with the ball.

Fitting goal there I guess.
