Unreal how shit we are. If this carries on the rest of the season I’d be tempted not to give Gerrard the summer. We don’t look like a team at all. They’re all over the place.

Martinez - wild decision to come out for that header he ghosted.

Digne - not clicked with any of our forwards yet, his crosses into the defender or to no one.

Mings - good.

Chambers - not a good debut, left in a bad position for the free kick but doesn’t need to dive in there.

Cash - gets in great positions then takes a touch and loses it. Over, and over again.

McGinn - everywhere today, just not in a good way

Luiz - wants more time than he has, looked lost

Ramsey - great drive forwards, poor drive backwards

Coutinho - quiet, almost silent. Hard for him if he doesn’t see the ball though.

Buendia - tried hard, but forcing it on the ball

Watkins - a shadow of Carlton Cole at the moment

Bailey - tried to drag us up but didn’t succeed

Ings - should start, but not pulling up trees

Chuk - not going to turn a game around, he needs to act like he might though

Dreadful. 1 point from the last two games is a terrible return from two relegation fodder teams. Just when you think we’re building some momentum, we stutter. Our strikers are awful.
