Yes - get the NHS app*, select "NHS covid pass", "domestic", then it shows a QR code. The internet at VP will be awful so if you scroll down a bit there's an option to download a PDF copy or email it to yourself and print. If I recall correctly you need some form of ID and your NHS number to sign up to the NHS app. It can take a couple of days for them to verify the details so I'd do it now!
