It also shouldn't be understated that this performance today was with only two players who weren't with the club last season---one who played less than quarter of an hour, and another who was considered a luxury signing by some.

Changed tactics slightly for the second half which meant they didn't have as much success when turning the ball over. In the first half they countered us a lot in the second it was a sporadic attack here and there

Cash especially helped in this regard though Targett was very good too.

So glad we are finally on target for the amount of points we should have accumulated by now (to make 60 points after 38 games) and in touching distance of the teams in the places we would like to finish.

I thought cash and McGinn were excellent today but I am still not convinced for 2 up top.

Watkins and Ings are being underrated in how important their work rate is to the recent form. We couldn't do the 4 man press from the front if we had Bailey or Traore on.

Ramsey too his credit has been immense in his work rate. The system works for the opponent when you are trying to stop the opponent. It'll be very different when we're playing weaker teams where we have to break them down

Some poor finishing took the shine off the game, but it really was a gamne of fine margins. We could have drew 1-1, but we really should have won it by 3 or 4 goal. We were superior all over the pitch.

It's the first game that it's really sunk in that we're not a one man team anymore :)

Finishing Coach needed asap or do we have one.
