I've just taken 45 minutes to watch this video and I'm really impressed. I think it was recorded a couple of years ago so his knowledge base should have increased exponentially. Many of the concerns expressed by myself and others about the current relevance and sophistication of our training and coaching have been addressed by this guy in a very forward looking manner.
