It's a no look pass, around the man and behind three defenders perfectly weighted and wonderfully delivered.

I don’t usually jump up in celebration for a stoppage time sixth goal against League Two teams. I did for this one. It was football porn.

I know it’s only Barrow but then a lot of these lads are only 20 or younger.

I’m fully sold, the future of Aston Villa is not spending £100M every summer, the future of Aston Villa was on the pitch tonight, I smell a golden generation coming on.

Yes, though we also need to accept that realistically only around 2 of them will probably make it to become a regular in our first team.

Dare I say it, but there is a clear style of play at all levels of this club now - those youngsters blended with the seniors seamlessly. Very bloody bright future.

The brilliant thing is, they are actually the brightest ones on the pitch so far this season: tonight; Ramsey for the seniors last two games; kids during the friendlies. They have a familiarity of how they are playing and interacting, making runs. I do think the better ones need men’s football now to kick on, they are ready.

Really enjoyed that.

Both Chuka brothers very impressive plus Archer who has tremendous pace and clinical.

Special mention must also go to Hourihane who if it is his last game at the Villa ran the game from start to finish.

The future is very bright at the Villa.

Read the Barrow forum, this made me laugh

My Canadian wife who knows nothing about football (only Ice Hockey) said the problem with Barrow is the goalie, as he has let in 6 goals... I'm going to put the kettle on....

Caleb Chukwemeka looks like a player.Direct and dangerous

Archer great, hatrick on your debut…it doesn’t get better than that!

JPB looks very lively.

Carney was the least effective but still showed good touches.

The centrebacks backs were given a difficult physical game and looked uncomfortable at times.

Love that we can despatch these type of teams with an under23 side now. We’ve  come so far in 3 years.

I’d be surprised if it’s only 2 considering JPB and Chuks have essentially made it already as part of the first team squads this season so far.

Archer looked really tasty, not just the hat trick but the movements, quick feet and that finish for the second goal plus his pace. Both Ramsey brothers look to be kicking on, the other Chuk looked to have something special about him and we have Barry, Young, Kessler etc out on loan.

It’s a quite phenomenal group of young players when you sit back and take stock, and there’s others i haven’t even mentioned here.
