It's Your Round Posted July 25, 2021 Share Posted July 25, 2021 They’re not the only Villa mad village in The Gambia. There’s another one further away from Banjul down The Gambia river. They have an ‘Aston Villa’ football academy for the local youth, it’s called Villa Street. I used to follow them on Twitter but deleted it and can’t remember what the accounts called now. I’ve been to The Gambia a few times, its an amazing place and the people are so genuinely nice. They love their football so it’s great to see more of them supporting Villa now.
