They don't have shit hot Owners like ours who are just in fire in almost everything they doand can back up there actions with tons of money.

They will also be totally mad when they realise that Grealish isnt going no where. If Grealish was leaving he would of been sold first to make way for these signings.

Plus Buendia wouldn’t join if Jack was leaving I would assume

Yeah I reckon Beundia wouldn't join us if Jack wasn't here either, Jack is himself a luring point.

He has pulling power, if the Owners want to go on a night out just take Jack because he's that guy that bring the women to the table 🤣.

When I read fan forums TRO one thing you can guarantee is there isn't many outside of Villas Fan Base who understand who our Owners are, let alone what they have knowledge and experience in doing.

Dave.....I am just happy, to let the football do the talking.

They say self praise is no recommendation, so I am just happy to plod along with this fabulous administration, let them do their thing and take us down the yellow brick road.

The rest of football can catch up in their own time.

However, I don't want to crow.....as it has a habit of rebounding.....and then it hurts, so slowly, slowly catch a monkey.

The other thing about other fans is this impression that any of our success is ancient history.

Currently top 6 is seen as some holy grail like top 4 used to be.

It's only 11 years ago that we had our third in a row top 6 finish.  Is 11 years now ancient history?

Norwich managed to keep Buendia and most of their other betters players after relegation, to them that must have been an indication of their owners ambition to do well, so it must be sickening that now they've been promoted, they're now losing their best player and they also seem to think that Aarons will be leaving as well, you expect this kind of thing after relegation, but not promotion...

Imagine how we'd feel if we'd have been relegated the season before last but somehow managed to keep Grealish with him being our best player as we came straight back up as champions, we'd pretty upset if we then went and sold him after promotion, especially if it was to a team that we deemed rightly or wongly only a level or two above us.

It's the way they operate, but can kind of see where their fans are coming from.

The two Emis were born in the same city, Mar del Plata, and missed each other by about a week at Getafe. This was made to be. Great bunch of lads.

Look at the recent history Citeh and Chelsea have had too and they're only just passing our trophy haul, something that would NEVER have happened EVER without their current owners.

I think thats the most relevant claim.

I believe that would have been a conversation, Emi would have had as a priority.

you would think some of the journo's would think the same, and quit the nonsence reporting.

Other clubs fans seem to be totally clueless though and it's that more than anything that makes me smile. It makes me feel like our club is the Ninja of the football world and we have been making moves in the shadows. they seem to be just oblivious to our Owners and what they are capable of and maybe that has something to do with how silent they are and the fact they are hardly seen around in the media or at Villa.

For some reason I believe it will all start to sink in for other fanbase soon. I remember last season once we bought Sanson, one fan from Arsenal on twitter said "how the hell are Villa spending so much when the bigger teams are struggling" He were wrong in a sense because some of the so called bigger teams like City, Chelsea had spend a fair bit but Arsenal I think spent and did so knowing that if it doesn't work it maybe the last cash splash of that much you see from them for a while. However when you have fans saying how are Villa spending that much money, I think it's obvious they know nothing about our Owners. Really our Owners have come from out of no where some seasons ago and they have taken football by storm in how well they operate together. I actually feel as though NSWE have pretty much show the so called bigger clubs Owners how business in the football world is done.

Yes I believe you are right, I don't think there have been many Villa fans blowing there own trumpet about our Owners, the information on them has been next to none really. Fans outside of Villa of other clubs are wondering what the hell is happening and they are seeing s club they dislike come back like a sleeping giant and it's all now hitting them smack bang very roughly in the face.

I watched some “the breakdown” video about Buendia with Chris Reeve from Talk Norwich City and he said as much, that he has taken freekicks but it’s not really his strength area. (It was especially enjoyable because the Arsenal fan host was getting visibly excited).

This feels like a component of the team that we’re really lacking in. With Jack and hopefully now Emi no.2 winning freekicks, we could almost do with a Pederson/ Hitzlsperger type to smash them into the goal.

So that should be the task for any budding scouts out there. A DM (which a lot of people seem to want) who is a freekick specialist... easy.

I think it's extra cash for them and a chance to use the money from promotion and from Beundia to re-inject back into the squad and if they do it smartly, they may actually win a survival battle.

That maybe what they are thinking first..

Yes if they spend the money wisely across several position they will have a better chance of survival than they would with Buendia and no new signings. Of course I'm sure they would have liked to have kept Buendia and brought in new players, but seems that wasn't an option for them, so this move it happens could suit all parties.

Free kick taker?

Buy 20 year old England u21 Goalkeeper Josef Bursik from Stoke.

He's a young keeper who took Accrington Stanley's free kicks last season whilst on loan.
