Players can’t get up for games against lesser opposition. We’re capable of winning here, but the fire isn’t there in the middle

This seems to be a bit of a problem doesn't it?

I'm far more confident of us putting in a performance against the top 6 than the bottom 6

We haven't been good this 45 no disputing that but some seriously OTT reactions in here.

Game is still there to be won, we will be better second half for sure. Insert "wouldn't be hard" responses.

Brighton are on good form, they've some decent players this was never an easy game, we've made it hard for ourselves but we are still in it and wouldn't bet against us pinching it.

Big 45 mins to come. Barkley for Nakamba for me and push McGinn forward a little with Nakamba sitting deep.

Targett and Martinez our best players so far, time for others to step up in the second half.

It's always the same unfortunately.

Crikey. Whatever happens I hope we don't send the same eleven back out. Barkley off for me. When he's had the ball he's been sloppy, but the second striker thing is wrong for this game, the ball isn't getting there. I'd stick Marv or the new boy in for him and try and win back midfield. Grealish and Traore also been ineffective.

Barkley has been no worse than others but probably the only change we could make.

That was shocking stuff. I'd imagine Smith will give them 10 mins or so to see if they can change it.

The fact we aren't losing is a huge bonus.

You've not seen Dean Smith make subs, have you ?
