shame that there is zero chance of him starting the next game, even though we all think he should. i like what i'm seeing so far though

Not sure I would agree that there is zero chance. They are easing him in but I’m pretty sure he’ll be a starter before too long. Whether it’s next week or not I don’t know, but they haven’t bought him to sit on the bench.

Hilarious first touch.

A volleyed cruyff turn from a pass 50 yards long and 40 yards upwards.

Fantastic. The boy wants to play.

Must start next game.

any1 have a clip of this first touch?......i missed it :(

That first touch when he came on yesterday made me drool. Showed more quality, composure and confidence than any of our players who had played 75 minutes of football before he came on. Give the lad a start, he must be raring to go and should grasp the opportunity with both hands.

Breath of fresh air when he came on, think he’ll be a guaranteed starter within 5 games. Energy, class, effort. Everything we want from midfield.

Would like to see him start in a three next to Luiz and Nakamba next game, let McGinn have a rest and find some form again in training.
