Pelle 999
I hope they appoint Francis as their new manager so I won't have to listen to him every time I watch Villa on the screen.

MMFy 164
Does anyone know if they can even appoint a manager from elsewhere while they have the transfer embargo? At this rate the groundskeeper could be in charge...
avfc1982 421
Does anyone know if they can even appoint a manager from elsewhere while they have the transfer embargo? At this rate the groundskeeper could be in charge... I'm sure they can, but more importantly for them, what decent manager would want to take a job with such financial restrictions in place? No one will touch them with a barge pole. Which means they'll be offering the job to any Tom, Dick or Harry. Ha!
Zatman 24,659
McLeish is available for a dramatic return with his Dutch branded attacking football

At this rate the groundskeeper could be in charge... I think they probably can. But I wouldn't be sure they'd be allowed to pay comepnsation to get a manager who's already in a job. Is that viewed as a transfer?

BOF 25,321
Curbishley would likely steady that ship. So we don't want that. I say Peter Reid but Dowie is a good shout.
