As long as they lose most of their games, then the teams below them will have a chance, championship is so unpredictable that Rotherham and Wednesdy will get random wins here and there. Just need Brentford to do their job tomorrow, Watford have dropped points today so they should be fired up for it.

Realistically Small Heath probably need one win and not to lose to Rotherham and they will be safe.

Sky now reporting that their women's team are being investigated by the FA for a WSL licence breach, would be quite handy for our women's team if they were deducted points.

That will be about the coaches not being full time.

Judging from what's written in the telegraph article it seems that the whole operation is a mess at the moment.

'Birmingham City Women’s players have sent a formal letter to the club's board with a list of complaints about their working conditions, including concerns about medical support, budget and access to fitness facilities.'

Rotherham have won just as many games as small heath and coventry and have actually won two of their last five. So whilst they've been poor, it's not as if they've been much worse than the teams around them. If Wednesday still have a chance then so do they.

Don’t agree, Wed have a new manager that has seemingly breathed life into them and they just hammered high flying Cardiff, Rotherham just got spanked at home bt Wycombe!

Aren't Brentford another who season in season out are rubbish v SHA? Just checked and they lost 1-0 at the sty on opening day....as they did the previous season!

I can remember them winning 5-0 under DS one season but apart from that they have very few wins over last few years. More confident of Stoke holding them at the weekend tbh.

Looks like they are under a new transfer embargo along with another 9 Championship clubs...

If not this year then next year. They're being flushed.

Rotherham beat Wycombe on Monday and the gap is back down to three points

No it's not. It was the other way around and the gap is 6 points still.

Edit: When did the word IF become obsolete? I read your post and then realised you'd written it before the game. Yet you wrote it in past tense which meant something entirely different.

Where did you hear that?!

It’s being reported in some of the rags, does seem legit. Ten championship clubs are facing it apparently. The clubs in question are Small Heath, Blackburn, Cardiff, Cov, Derby, Huddersfield, Luton, Reading, Wednesday and Stoke.

Was reading the Coventry one. Apparently they submitted late as per government gave 3 month extension due to pandemic but efl have penalised them which if the case shows how much of a shambles the efl is.

Also whats the point of a tarnsfer embargo if can be lifted before window opens? No one is signing anyone now !

Brentford have missed some real sitters. So you know what the end score is going to be.

If this waa rotherham they woild have buried those chances.  Bloses are ridiculously lucky that none of thw top sides barrung watford have played well against them
