Ironically that was probably only time other than Newcastle away they've actually been clinical this season!

Welbeck cooly slotting home a one on one hasn't happened much in his career and as we've discussed to death already March then slots one into top corner from edge of the box. Can't remember Martinez making many saves either side of that goal.

Also think they lack a go to player in final third who can win a tight game on his own like we can with Jack or Palace with Zaha.

Beyond that and this much heralded defence dosen't keep many clean sheets does it, Lamptey, Webster, Dunk, Ben White, all get linked to big clubs but as a unit they don't keep many clean sheets.

To be honest I can't remember Martinez making many saves in our last 4 matches. Apart from perhaps not coming out and contesting the corner for the Ogbonna goal he hasn't done anything wrong and he's had to pick the ball out of his net, what...8 times?!

Potter has a bit of a centre back fetish as well tries to squeeze 4 or 5 in a game, almost Bruce like with right backs

Lamptey is some player tho, just unfortunately for him he is so short... ala Alan Wright.

No he's very good in fairness. Did wonder if Chelsea may have a buy back but they have Reece James who's getting rave reviews this year.

I know we overhype English talent at times but really are stacked at right back now. Trent, Reece James and Lamptey for next 10 years. For short term also got Kieran Trippier as experienced head who's a regular starter for team who'll probably win La Liga comfortably this season and will have another good run in CL.

Can see Wan Bisakka playing for DR Congo before too long as he simply isn't going to get a look in with all that infront of him unless he's just waiting for Southgate to leave.

Wan Bissaka is more defensive than the rest so a bit shocked Southgate hasnt capped him already
