Can see traore is on, that doesn't bode well as he doesn't seem to have pace or hard work in him. Prove me wrong traore. After 8 minutes you decide that !!!

Keep it up, but that goal was criminal haha, most defensive player was 20 yards into their half lmao. Rather play like this though, it's brave and exciting. Yep. Laughable Chimp 686
Game is bypassing Luiz for some reason. Has the least touches of any Villa player aside from Watkins and half the touches of Mcginn, his midfield partner. Edited November 21, 2020 by Laughable Chimp
The_Steve 2,989
I thought Cash and Targett have largely been solid. Handled Lamptey well enough. Traore is playing well. Watkins had a great chance but it was a great tackle from White to stop him.
PieFacE 9,973
Why was Mings so high up the pitch for their throw in?

Popular Post sheepyvillian 2,343
I love the way Trez didn't let that miss effect his game. He's arguably been our best player.
Michelsen 2,360
We’ve been good. Should be up by a couple and out of sight. Football doesn’t always work like that, though. If you had to point fingers, McGinn’s been kind of off, and both Konsa and Mings have had lapses, but mostly you have to blame lady luck. Let’s hope we can come back and win. I know we are good enough. Let’s hope we’re also lucky enough.
villa4europe 14,113
Not sure how we've only had 2 shots on target, traore, mings, grealish, trez Must not be counting the mings one and the trez one as a block
alreadyexists 7,348
Seeing the replays of their goal, that defensive line is absolute madness
WooJung 385
Gifted them a goal, all our defenders were in their half, ball was in the middle third. That's asking for trouble. Stupidity costs us yet again. Other than that we played well
The_Steve 2,989
Also, 7 corners in the first half for us. Gotta be sharper and beating the first man on crosses.
villalad21 6,435
How Trez missed that sitter is beyond me. Still been one of our best players though.

He's benched for a reason. Memories of **** goldfish here. Weird take. Maybe because McGinn has been terrible and so far off the pace? I’m not a Hourihane fan at all but I’d take him (and probably anyone) over this version McGinn all day.

nepal_villan 354
Think we'll have a lot of freekicks and corners in the 2nd half, so would be good to get Hourihane on.
Nigel 5,079
Dont deserve to be losing here, but you have to wonder how much the loss of Barclay is being felt in the midfield. Traore looks ok on the ball but lacks the nous to play the position. He may be better served to push right up with Watkins.
Delphinho123 5,755
Helluva game. Should be about 3-3. You can’t defend like we did for their first goal and expect to get away with it. McGinn, Mings and Watkins have been atrocious. Grealish, Traore, Cash and Trezeguet (apart from the awful miss) have all done well.

He does need a rollicking from the manager for that one, so it doesn't happen again. Smith seems too nice to go in hard on someone like Ty though.
