It's the ONLY Christmas song. What's wrong with you? Has signing along to Mariah Carey rotted your brains? Only Christmas song? Clearly you've never heard King Diamond's "No Presents for Christmas" Plenty of other options available without jumping to Mariah f***** Carey!

GarethRDR
And at what point do we need to start having conversations about Chris Rea's potentially flagrant disregard for Lockdown regulations? 1
StefanAVFC
What actually changed? Radio stations filter songs all the time. Typical that BBC are trying to stir yet another culture war. The song won't even be filtered on Radio 2.
Popular Post It's Your Round
I’m normally a bit annoyed when people put their trees up in November but this year’s been difficult for many, my family included, so today we’ve put the Christmas decs up. The wife’s bought bags of stuff to decorate every square inch of the living room and dining room. We played cheesy Christmas music whilst decorating the tree, watched National Lampoon’s Christmas Vacation last night, and we’re 3/4 through cooking a full Christmas dinner. I have to admit, I quite like it really.

sidcow Posted November 22, 2020 VT Supporter Share Posted November 22, 2020 Polar Express is our film for when the tree is up. And whilst it's going up I've got a DVD of my favourite Christmas Songs which I made a few years ago.
mjmooney Posted November 23, 2020 VT Supporter Share Posted November 23, 2020 It's a Wonderful Life or GTFO. And not the bloody 'colorized' version, either.
sidcow Posted November 23, 2020 VT Supporter Share Posted November 23, 2020 Set the Vbox to record all the essential Christmas Movies last night. Noticed in a kitchen cupboard today that Mrs Sidcow has purchased some of those hanging Chocolate Tree Decorations. I can smell Christmas in the air. Still too early for decorations though. There are 2 camps. Those that think it's not a Christmas film and just an action movie which happens to be set at Christmas time, and those who are complete idiots. And they will not be swayed, it's pointless having the discussion. It's like trying to convince an American hillbilly that Trump is poisonous and the election was not fixed. You are just wasting your breath, they will not budge.
