I think that this will suit us better than the opposition we've met lately with high intensity press (Liverpool, Leeds, Soton..). edit: also they haven't scored from open play in this game. not sure a penalty goal is that confidence inducing. useless Posted November 1, 2020 Share Posted November 1, 2020 Arsenal were always going to be massive favorites against us, we've just been comfortably beaten by Southampton and Leeds, they'll finish above both of them, and are a much better side than us. Everton because I think our crash back to earth should have been anticipated, with Ancelotti and that team a top 4 push is unrealistic but not daft, however they currently look very much back to the nothing team of the last decade, I see performances like the last 2 and go back to asking what is the point of Everton?
