Messi diving all over the place trying to buy freekicks and cards. Slowly walks around the pitch when he doesn't have the ball, everyone else running and tracking back.

Still the best player in the world, but only when he want's to be.

Ronaldo edges Messi IMO, for this reason. Hes the superior teammate with more heart.

skillfully and technically Messi is probably the best player in the world but last couple of years his attitude is stinking. He might be right in some situations but he has let down the team with his attitude and ego. If Ronaldo or Neymar acted the same way the media would destroy them

Southampton going to be very tough match for us, we need to be right on it and not feeling sorry for ourselves.

They’ll be bang up for it if they win this today. On 10 points looking to go above us. Think we’ll be well up for it too looking for a reaction. I already cant wait

That's a nice goal from Southampton

Maybe a "dinosaur arms" moment again from pickford but that ball was well struck

Rinse and repeat

Scrap that, 2nd one was a deflection, still nice build up play

Dont think Pickford was a fault for either goal. Southampton deserve it.

I think it's bad defending for both

1st one comes under his little / weak arm criticism where you'd expect a better keeper to maybe save it even though it was smashed across him really well

2nd one I thought went through him in real time but didn't see the deflection until the replay

Everton look ponderous
